We all might be very good Marketing Managers, Sales Managers, or HR Managers, but are we good Mind Managers?

Have you observed how many times you go off-center at work – taking some irrational decisions, getting angry, feeling frustrated, feeling anxious about the future, or regretting about things in the past?

Feel more Beautiful

How would you feel if you could blend the softness of cotton, the lightness of the clouds, the radiance of the sun, the brilliance of the universe, the vastness of the sky, the sweetness of sugar, the freshness of early morning dew, and the innocence of a child onto yourself? You would simply feel more beautiful, right?!

When you meditate, you experience a profound calm and you feel beautiful from within.

Mindfulness through Meditation

The one who says meditation is for the old or someone who sits at the foothills of Himalayas probably needs to revisit the thought. Meditation is like a kaleidoscope. Every time you change the angle of the kaleidoscope, you get a different, beautiful picture—an experience. This is what meditation brings to one’s life. It’s the small shift that one needs to make within; then every day you see life as a better picture the kaleidoscope shows you. It’s not that by doing meditation your life will take a 360 degree turn overnight, but it does start the journey of the turn.
