Adho Mukha Svanasana
Adho – Forward; Mukha – Face; Svana - Dog
The asana is pronounced as A-doh MOO-kah shvah-NAS-anna

Shutting out Migraine through Yoga
Migraine is a neurological disorder that causes recurring headaches ranging from moderate to high intensity.
