De-stress with Guided Meditation

From Sound to Silence Meditation


It describes the journey from sound to silence, from outward to inward. A short guided meditation which takes you on a journey into the ocean of self. End result: -Rejuvenated you.


Note - It's nice to keep your eyes closed during the meditation. At the end of the meditation, you will be given an instruction to open your eyes.
